Step 1 - Finding a farm
Farmers bring us the farm they want to purchase and explain how it will help their operations. We only work with the best family farmers to ensure we are able to protect our investors and the land.
Step 2 - Pre-Approval
We work with local banks to get the farmer approved for 41% of the total value of a range of prices. This allows them to know what price they can afford on the farm, wh
Step 3 - Making an Offer
The farmer is equipped to negotiate with the landlord so that they can get a price that makes this an excellent investment for you, and a cash flowing addition to their farming business. Once we agree on a price Farmland Stock Exchange sets up the LLC to ensure protection of all parties.

Today, Farmers rent a lot of the land they are farming, and they need every acre to make a living in a low margin business. When a landlord needs to sell they have two options. Buy the farm for 40% down, on a multi-million dollar piece of land. Or they can bring in a fund to purchase the whole farm, and continue renting.
